The skill to act is vital in the modeling industry as the majority of well paid work is for television. Many TV commercials and TV series are shot in Melbourne where agents book speaking roles, featured extras (close up on camera) and background extras. Model Academy trains all models to be confident in this area, inviting ‘special guests’ to speak about techniques and success in their own acting careers.
